The Pulmonary Division of our graduate program consists of people studying structure/function and genetic variation of G-protein coupled receptors within pulmonary tissue (G-protein, receptor, genetics, polymorphisms, adrenergic, asthma, heart failure, transgenic, mutation) and pulmonary innate immunity (pulmonary innate immunity, antimicrobial peptide, collectin, surfactant protein, pulmonary host defense).  Though few in number, we is strong in stature.
